TL;DR: NIP Group has agreed to purchase already deployed Bitcoin mining machines with about 4.47 EH/s of hash rate, subject to closing and share consideration. Esports and digital infrastructure company NIP Group is moving deeper into Bitcoin mining through an agreement to acquire machines representing roughly 4.47 exahash per second of computing power. The company said the equipment is already installed and operating at hosting sites. That reduces the need to construct new facilities for this particular tranche, but the deal remains subject to closing. The announcement is an agreement to acquire capacity, not confirmation that all of it has already been transferred into NIP Group's ownership.
