US spot Bitcoin ETFs finished the week ending October 23 with $301.2 million in net inflows. BlackRock IBIT inflows of $565.7 million carried the entire gain, per Farside Investors. Fidelity's FBTC and ARK 21Shares' ARKB posted net weekly outflows, so demand stayed in one fund. That is the stake: the complex turned positive again only because IBIT outweighed the rest. Farside's ledger shows US spot Bitcoin ETFs took in about $1.07 billion across the first three sessions. On October 19, the complex booked $526.7 million in net inflows, driven only by IBIT. Trading cooled on Tuesday with total inflows falling to $23.2 million. IBIT added another $29.9 million, and FBTC took in $3.6 million while Bitwise's BITB lost $10.3 million, which cut into those buys.
