Michael Saylor has posted a cryptic message about resolving Bitcoin matters behind closed doors after Strategy disclosed a $22.1 million purchase funded largely through common-share sales. Saylor’s “closed doors” post gives no purchase amount, transaction date, or funding details. Strategy bought 517 BTC for $43.6 million across its two latest disclosed weeks. Common-share sales funded approximately 98.6% of those Bitcoin purchases, with cash covering the rest. STRC buybacks totaled $385.5 million over the same period, roughly 8.8 times Bitcoin spending. In an Oct. 23 X post, Michael Saylor wrote, “Just resolving a few Bitcoin matters behind closed doors.” The post includes a 14-second Matrix-style action video featuring Saylor but gives no purchase amount, transaction date, or financing details. It arrives before Monday, Oct.
